Jolene "Jo" (Smallwood) Holland

Jolene 'Jo' Smallwood Holland, age 85, of Frenchburg, KY, departed this life on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY, after a brief illness. Born in Frenchburg, KY, on December 23, 1940, she was the daughter of Charles Jackson Smallwood and Hazel Frisby Smallwood.

She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and was a retired factory worker for King Bag. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Hazel Smallwood, and her siblings, Avonell Smallwood and Cordell Smallwood. Surviving is her loving husband, Denzil "Bud" Holland; one daughter, Sherri (Allen) Patrick; and two grandsons, Sawyer Patrick & Levi Patrick. One sister Lorene Amburgey of Mt. Sterling, KY

Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, February  22, 2026 at Menifee Home For Funerals, with Pastor Jimmy Daulton officiating. Interment in the Lovelace Cemetery, Frenchburg, KY. Visitation at 12:00 noon Sunday at Menifee Home for Funerals, Frenchburg, KY. Randy Halsey, Funeral Director.
